Paul Merritt – Company Chairman
Paul Merritt has been employed by the company for almost 25 years having had experience working with all of the trading companies including installation, planned and reactive maintenance contracts.
Paul gradually worked his way through the group of companies and progressed through the management process up to Director level, then eventually the position of Chairman. Paul is a member of the Chartered institution of building services engineers and has a technical approach in the vision and future of the companies, with his highest priority being customer service and communication.
Some of Pauls views and philosophies on the outlook of the group are outlined below as a snap shot of his history and intentions for the benefit of the companies clients and employees plus the successful future of the group.

The various teams within the group will plan, manage, centralize and remotely co-ordinate the entire operation, on schemes across London and the south east. Our approach to training and customer service requires all members of the team to have a high level of technical skills whilst making sure they are customer focused and achieve the highest levels performance from the client’s plant and equipment.”
